By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the smbet platform available at smbet.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the smbet platform. Continued use of smbet following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use the smbet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of smbet:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law governing online gambling and casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold smbet player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing smbet from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of smbet or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from smbet or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

smbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of smbet services, you must create a player account through the smbet Login registration process. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Keep your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify smbet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Maintain only one active smbet account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

smbet is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your smbet account, whether or not authorized by you, unless such activity results directly from smbet's negligence.

smbet reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the registration information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading.

All financial transactions on the smbet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits must be made using the payment methods available in the smbet cashier, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as updated from time to time.
• smbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the smbet cashier and may vary by payment method.
• smbet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. smbet may request a copy of your government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. smbet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• smbet aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• smbet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the smbet cashier and are subject to change.

smbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered smbet players only. smbet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Unclaimed bonuses will expire automatically.
• smbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players may not combine bonuses unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• smbet reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting technical errors.

smbet offers a range of games including slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting, bingo, and specialty games. The following terms apply to all gaming activity on the smbet platform:

• Each game on smbet is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before playing.
• smbet uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, smbet will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, smbet cannot guarantee the continuation of any game session interrupted by technical issues beyond its control.
• smbet reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it determines, in its sole discretion, to have been affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or human error.
• Bets placed after the official closing time for a sporting event or market will be voided. smbet's records of bet placement times are final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the smbet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one smbet account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of smbet.
• Using smbet for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward smbet staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with smbet's software or systems.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your smbet account.

All content on the smbet platform — including but not limited to the smbet name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of smbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the smbet platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any smbet content without prior written consent.
• Use the smbet name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on smbet's content or software.
• Use smbet's content for any commercial purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, smbet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the smbet platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your smbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

smbet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the smbet service caused by factors outside smbet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other service providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit smbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

smbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Determination that you are ineligible to hold a smbet account under Section 2.
• At smbet's sole discretion, for any other reason that smbet deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, smbet reserves the right to void any pending bets, cancel any active bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting smbet support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you after completion of any pending verification requirements.

smbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, smbet will notify registered players by posting a notice on the smbet platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the smbet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using smbet and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Internal Complaints: If you have a complaint about smbet, you should first contact our customer support team. smbet will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.
2. Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority overseeing smbet's operations.
3. Legal Proceedings: If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above processes, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent smbet from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the platform.
